Miss Jabberwock 2027
Jabberwock is a biennial, seven-month scholarship and personal enrichment program rooted in a tradition that began in 1985 with “Dreamer of the Dream.” The program combines educational, cultural, community service, and personal enrichment activities with fundraising to support scholarships and initiatives that benefit the greater Brooklyn community.
The participant who fully engages in the seven-month program and raises the most funds is crowned “Miss Jabberwock” at the culminating cotillion in June 2027. She receives a percentage of the funds raised by her team, family, and community to help fund her college education. Additional scholarships may be awarded to runners-up based on the amounts raised, subject to the Jabberwock rules and guidelines. Remaining funds support scholarships, programming, and special projects serving the greater Brooklyn community.
